Area of Responsibility:
- Provide cost effective design solutions for customer requirement based on set guidelines (both during Acquisition stage and product development stage). Participate customer discussions during alignment meetings. Document experience gained during design tenure. - Design on spec and time
- Provide necessary design support/solutions during DFMA, DFMEA, localization, series topics, benchmarking, fixtures designs - Technical documents (design guidelines, design/development/investigation reports) as per standards
- Innovation Management: Support for implementation of novice topics and filing them as Invention report - IRs and Patents
- Escalation Management: Notify Team coach about work load prioritization, any design issues/risks/deviations during design process and obtain necessary support to mitigate them - On time
