This is not a typical 'design intern' role. You will be directly involved in the entire design-to-delivery process from concept development and sampling to client interaction and photoshoots. The goal is simple: by the end of the internship, you should be capable of independently handling core responsibilities within the studio.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Assisting in design development for upcoming collections
Supporting sampling and garment construction processes
Coordinating and assisting in photoshoots & visual content creation
Contributing to social media & brand storytelling
Assisting in store operations, order management, and client interactions
Working on ready-made product development
Supporting execution of bulk/wholesale orders

Important Note: This role is for someone who wants to build, not just assist. If you’re looking for a conventional internship with limited responsibility, this may not be the right fit. But if you want to deeply understand how a design-led brand operates and grow with it, this will be a strong foundation. We value intent over perfection. Even if your portfolio is not extensive, clarity of thought and willingness to learn matter more.
