Understanding of Vehicle proprietary parts (Mainly Suspensions, Steering, Front Axle,Brake)

Knowledge of Vehicle system parts supplier/process for above mentioned systems

1. Study & Analysis of SOR/ Drawings for vehicle proprietary components.

1. Knowledge of selection of ideal manufacturing processes based on drawing/Tolerances.

1. Knowledge of cycle time estimation / Most techniques

1. Cost Estimation for proprietary parts from drawing.

1. Component Cost Benchmarking.

1. Knowledge of target Costing / Business perspective.

1. Coordination with various agencies (Design/Product Planning / Sourcing)

1. Knowledge of VAVE

1. Cost Reduction & Cost Improvements in vehicle proprietary components.

1. Knowledge of preparing BOM for proprietary parts.

1. Standiazation of child parts.
