Commissioning & Execution

• Execute commissioning activities of CHP systems including crushers, conveyors, stacker reclaimers, feeders, and associated auxiliaries.

• Plan and oversee pre-commissioning checks such as equipment inspection, alignment, trial runs, and system readiness.

• Coordinate with EPC contractors, OEMs, and internal teams for successful commissioning.

• Monitor and ensure adherence to commissioning schedules and milestones.

System Integration & Testing

• Conduct functional testing, loop checking, and system integration of mechanical and electrical systems.

• Verify interlocks, protections, and automation logic in coordination with C&I teams.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during commissioning and stabilization phases.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, procedures, and statutory requirements during all commissioning activities.

• Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards at site.

• Conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with HSE policies.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain commissioning reports, test records, checklists, and system documentation.
