Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation & integration of dialer & Contact Centre related projects, ensuring timely delivery & optimization, vendor management and governance of dialer solutions.The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and hands-on experience in contact centre technologies, API integrations, AI-driven automation solutions & optimize connectivity across channels.Key Roles & Responsibilitie
- sManage end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment and post-production support
- .Prepare project plans, timelines, resource allocation, risk registers, and status reports
- .Exhibit good communication skills to coordinate with business, compliance, operations, technology, and vendor teams to ensure successful project delivery
