Job Description

Deputy General Manager-Mergers & Acquisitions• Manage and support execution of M&A projects - lead evaluation of acquisition targets with the business teams and advisors, coordinate with the counter party, valuation and other related activities through closing of a transaction

• Support sourcing activity - Industry evaluation, target sourcing, track potential M&A targets in line with company / business investment strategy

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

1. Manage the transaction process and execution of the project

1. Lead evaluation of acquisition opportunities with the respective business teams

• Lead analysis

• Co-ordinate the evaluation and due diligence effort including with external advisors, consultants

• Valuation models

• Presenting evaluation and alternatives to senior management

1. Support sourcing of opportunities for healthcare business

1. Liaison with investment bankers, external advisors

Understand and as required, support development of M&A strategy for relevant businesses – Pharma Solutions, Critical Care, Consumer Products
