About the job
We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Demand Generation Executives to support our lead generation efforts through outbound calling and lead qualification. The role involves engaging with a large number of prospective customers, understanding their requirements, assessing their level of interest, and scoring leads based on predefined qualification criteria. *REVISED AND HIGHER COMPENSATION ON OFFER*
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers on a daily basis.
- Engage with prospects to gather relevant information and assess business needs
- Qualify and score leads using established lead qualification frameworks
- Identify decision-makers and capture key account information
- Accurately update call outcomes and prospect details in CRM systems
- Follow up with prospects to obtain additional information where required
- Ensure timely routing of qualified leads to the Business Development or Sales team
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and lead qualification targets
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer engagement
Candidate Profile :
- Graduate in any discipline
- 03 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, customer service, BPO, or inside sales
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of outbound call
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and lead management system
- Target-driven with a proactive approach
