Specialist/Team Lead role managing a team of analysts while driving process excellence, operational resilience, and cross-functional coordination, stakeholder management across 1LoD activities.
Control Testing involves evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls within an organization. This process checks whether controls are working as intended to prevent errors, fraud, and ensure compliance with regulations. The goal is to identify weaknesses and improve the reliability of financial reporting, operational & ITGC processes to ensure audit readiness. Conduct testing tasks within Agile models and integration processes and manage development sprints. What are we looking for? Qualification: Graduate "• Team leadership and mentoring

Roles and Responsibilities: •"• Lead and supervise 1LoD operational team. Must have handling experience ( 10 to 15 FTEs).
- Manage end-to-end risk event lifecycle
- Oversee audit coordination activities
- Drive process standardization initiatives
- Handle escalations and regulatory reporting
- Coordinate with 2LoD on oversight matters
- Manage operational resilience monitoring
- Develop and track KPIs/SLAs
- Manage team capacity, workload allocation, and resource planning to meet business objectives
- Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture"
