Sourcing Manager for Infrastructure, Software, IT services to collaborate with external clients to develop sourcing strategies across Hardware and Telecom, Software, IT services spend areas including: new hardware purchases, AMC management, infrastructure and telecom services, New Software Purchases and License / Maintenance renewals, Managed Services and Contingent Labour. You will work with global clients to support each company’s business goals while achieving optimal commercial structure, quality, and service levels. In this capacity, you will have substantial involvement in supporting sales and solution design for prospective new client accounts and in helping procurement organizations expand their involvement and control of non-traditional spend areas. What are we looking for? • Strong critical thinker, self-starter who can take the initiative with high-level direction and deliver client work with minimal supervision

• Passion for continuous self-learning within the Technology and other industry (i.e. IT, banking, retail, industrial, healthcare, etc.) with end to end software sourcing exposure
• Proven analytical skills in terms of numeric (e.g. spreadsheets) and text-based (e.g. reading terms and conditions) analysis, converting information into tangible recommendations to clients
• Engineers with Full Time MBA preferred
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in consulting, sourcing/procurement/supply chain management function
• Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in managing global Customers, and suppliers (NA, EMEA, APAC)
• Minimum of 5 years of Team Management experience of leading a team of 10+ members
