This role involves identifying and engaging potential delegates, building relationships, and maximizing sales to meet and exceed revenue targets. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1.Sales and Outreach: Proactively contact potential delegates through various channels (phone, email, social media) to promote events and secure registrations.2.Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective delegates, addressing their needs and providing excellent customer service.3.Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets, tracking progress and reporting results to management.4.Event Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns to drive attendance.5.Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our events and adjust sales strategies accordingly QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience will be highly preferred.
