Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential VIP delegates, including industry leaders, executives, and key decision-makers.
- Maintain an updated database of potential VIP delegates with detailed profiles.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage potential VIP delegates through phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and confirmed VIP delegates.
- Serve as the main point of contact for VIP delegates and ensure their needs and expectations are met.
- Coordinate with the event management team to provide VIP delegates with necessary information and support.
- Follow up with potential VIP delegates to secure attendance and confirm participation.
