About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn, company websites, event databases, online directories, and internal CRM systems to curate high-quality and targeted delegate lists.
- Initiate and manage outreach to prospective delegates through professional communication channels, including calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging, and WhatsApp, where appropriate.
- Articulate the event theme, persuade and secure participation from senior professionals for curated B2B events through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of delegate data, follow-up status, confirmations, and attendance tracking within internal systems.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to stay aligned on event updates, speaker information, delegate segmentation, and confirmation requirements.
- Assist in post-event activities, including feedback collection and nurturing relationships for future engagement opportunities.
