We are looking for a driven, articulate, and result-oriented Debt Collector to join our team in Mumbai. Location:Airoli, Navi Mumbai (On-site @ Reliable Tech Park) Compensation & Shift Details:Salary: Up to 35,000 CTC maximum (based on experience)Shift Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PMWeekly Off: Sunday (Fixed Off) Job Description:As a Debt Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recovery of overdue accounts. Your primary focus will be on managing write-off portfolios, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining high recovery rates while upholding compliance and dignity for the borrower.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to customers with outstanding balances and recover overdue debts.
• Manage and resolve high-risk, write-off collection accounts effectively.
• Negotiate mutually agreeable payment plans while maintaining a professional relationship with customers.
• Meet and exceed monthly recovery and collection targets.

What We Are Looking For:

• Education: Graduation is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience specifically in Write-Off Collections (Debt Collection experience is a must).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Tamil or Malayalam will be a distinct added advantage.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
