About the job

Key Responsibilities

1. Accurately enter and maintain purchase transactions in Tally

1. Create and update purchase orders (POs) in coordination with the purchase team

1. Record purchase invoices, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and supplier details in Tally

1. Maintain and update vendor accounts and purchase registers

1. Assist the Purchase team with data entry and documentation

Skill(s) required

MS-Excel MS-Office Tally

Other requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in commerce (B.Com).

1. Freshers are welcome to apply.

1. Knowledge of Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime.

1. Basic proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.

1. Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy.
