1. Perform accurate and timely data entry of transaction and operational data into internal systems 2. Handle high-volume data processing while ensuring zero/ minimal errors 3. Manage customer queries and calls, and route them to the relevant team where required 4. Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and documentation as per team requirements 5. Support email communication and coordination with internal teams and stakeholders 6. Ensure data validation and consistency checks before submission/reporting 7. Maintain proper records and documentation for audit and reference purposes
