About the internship

The Junior Data Entry Associate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, organizing, and maintaining product and operational data across company databases, master sheets, website upload templates, and marketplace listing files. The role supports the E-Commerce team by ensuring all product information is complete, accurate, and ready for upload across various sales channels.

Product Data Entry

1. Enter product information into master databases and listing templates.

1. Update product attributes, dimensions, pricing, specifications, and categories.

1. Organize product images, URLs, and SKU references.

1. Ensure consistency of product information across records.

Catalog Preparation

1. Assist in preparing bulk upload sheets.

1. Verify that mandatory fields are completed before uploads.

Data Management

1. Maintain product master sheets.

1. Update inventory and listing status trackers.

1. Record information received from various departments.

1. Organize and archive product-related documentation.

Quality Checks

1. Identify missing or incomplete information.

1. Flag discrepancies in product data.

1. Perform basic accuracy checks before submission.
