About the internship

We're looking for a detail-oriented data entry intern to join our sampling workshop in Pune. This is a hands-on, floor-level role at the heart of our production operations you'll be responsible for entering live daily data as well as digitising historical records into our ERP system. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive about follow-ups, and comfortable working in a fast-paced craft production environment.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Enter live production data daily WIP status, fabric and trim usage, sample milestones

1. Digitise historical records (order logs, sample registers, production sheets) into the ERP

1. Track each sample through cut, fit, correction, and final approval stages

1. Log material inward/outward entries for fabrics, embellishments, and accessories

1. Follow up with the floor team and supervisors to collect pending data before the end of the day

1. Cross-verify entries against physical challans and approvals before submission

1. Maintain SKU formats and naming conventions as defined in the system

1. Flag errors, mismatches, or missing data to the Process Coordinator immediately
