1. Vehicle data entry & record maintenance Enter and update vehicle details (registration, insurance, FASTag, service records) 2. Maintain accurate booking, billing, and customer data in the system 3. Track vehicle status (active, service, accident, idle) 4. Update accident/claim details and coordinate with the insurance team 5. Maintain documentation for RTO, insurance, and compliance 6. Prepare daily/weekly reports for management 7. Coordinate with ground team, vendors, and service centers 8. Ensure all backend processes are completed on time
