Selected candidates will undergo an intensive 3-month training program designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements.Candidates who successfully complete the training program, monthly assessments, and certification requirements will be considered for full-time employment with revised compensation. Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum CGPA: 8 or above throughout academics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Industry Best Practices and Project Exposure Assessments & Certification
• Monthly assessments/examinations throughout the training period.
• Mandatory completion of Snowflake Certification during the training program.

• Candidates must arrange their own laptop/system during the onboarding and training period.
• Upon successful completion of training and confirmation as a full-time employee, the company will provide official work assets. Compensation:During Training
• Stipend: 15,000 per monthPost Successful Training & Certification
