Data Center AI HW SPT BDC

Looking for self-motivated persons to Lead voltage-plan development, silicon characterization, Vmin analysis, and power optimization activities for Data Center SoCs.

Work closely with PTE, SW, PMIC, Thermal, and Validation teams to define, characterize, validate, and release production-ready voltage plans across silicon milestones

Analyze large silicon characterization datasets. Develop automation tools using Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.

Build dashboards for Vmin trends, voltage correlations, and silicon-health monitoring.

Required Skills

SoC Power Architecture, Vmin Characterization, PMIC and Regulator Architecture, Silicon Bring-up and Validation, Statistical Data Analysis,

Linux/Android Debugging, Data Center CPU/AI accelerator platforms , Power integrity, and PDN analysis,

Good understanding of Schematics and CRO usage for debug, Semiconductor Technology, PVT Processes.

Experience

B.E./M.E./M.Tech in ECE, EE, Computer Engineering or related field.

12+ years in:

SoC Power Characterization, Data center experience

Silicon Validation, Voltage Plan Development, Power Optimization

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.

OR

Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.

OR

PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
