• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of data architecture strategies to support project goals.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure data requirements are clearly understood and met.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Center Networking Technologies Operations.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure design and management.
• Experience with data storage solutions and integration techniques.
• Ability to analyze complex data flows and optimize data architecture.
• Familiarity with network security principles and best practices.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving network-related issues impacting data operations.
