Key Responsibilities

1. Own end-to-end project execution from planning through delivery.

1. Define project plans, milestones, capacity requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.

1. Coordinate across recruitment, operations, recording, annotation, and QA teams.

1. Track production metrics, quality benchmarks, and delivery timelines.

1. Lead daily reviews and drive resolution of operational bottlenecks.

1. Maintain project documentation, reporting, and governance processes.

1. Ensure datasets meet agreed quality and compliance standards.
