D2C Sales Associate Intern

About the internship

As an Admission Counselor Intern, you will be the front face of our admissions team. Your core objective is to counsel parents and drive student enrollment using a consultative, value-first approach.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Direct Outbound Calling (D2C): Connect directly with parents over the phone to introduce Dexlabs AI Education and explain the value of our diagnostic AI Assessment Test.

1. Educational Counseling: Understand parental aspirations and anxieties regarding their child's future, guiding them toward the importance of early AI education.

Driving Test Bookings: Persuade parents to register their children for our proprietary AI Assessment Test.

1. Post-Test Consultation & Sales: Analyze the student's test results, offer performance-based discounts on our premium products, and pitch opportunities for direct admission to our pioneering AI School program.

1. Workshop Promotion: Invite and secure parent registrations for our exclusive training workshop: AI Training in Dabble School.

1. Lead Management: Diligently maintain records of daily call logs, follow-up schedules, and conversion pipelines in our CRM system.
