Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate customer enquiries, orders, and after-sales support activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding and addressing their requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and effective delivery of customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports in line with company standards.
