About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice calls and email support.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot basic customer issues.
- Manage warranty-related support requests and guide customers through the process.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and ensure timely resolution.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to the concerned team.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.

Other requirements
- Should have a technical educational background (diploma/ITI/engineering/technical degree preferred).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English Mandatory.
- Knowledge of any South Indian language (Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam) is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and email handling skills.
- Customer-friendly attitude with problem-solving skills.
- Prior customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
