Key Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and motivate the customer support team to achieve performance targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Oversee customer interactions across phone, email, chat, and other channels while handling escalated issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction, and SLA adherence.
- Conduct training sessions, performance reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and customer experience.
