Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries and service requests via email Follow up on pending and unresolved cases Meet response quality and turnaround time SLAs Maintain data confidentiality and process accuracy Share process improvement suggestions with management What We're Looking For: 1-2 years of experience in Email Support / Customer Service Excellent written communication skills in English Typing speed of 30-40 WPM with high accuracy Experience with CRM tools and MS Office Strong attention to detail and customer-first mindset Prior experience in email or voice process will be an added advantag e If you can turn customer queries into customer smiles, we'd love to hear from yo u!
