Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer support through voice process
- Perform backend operations like data entry and account updates
- Assist with KYC and banking-related processes
- Maintain compliance with banking and data security protocols
- Follow company guidelines and quality standards
Note:
- Shift: US shift/night shift
- Eligibility criteria: HSC/Graduate can apply
- Salary up to Rs 35,000
- 5 working days and 2 rotational week offs
- One-way transportation provided
