Key Responsibilities
- Student support & relationship management & Data management & reporting
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with students, parents, schools, colleges, and partner organisations
- Support students with course registrations, enrollments, and program-related queries
- Conduct follow-ups with students regarding classes, certifications, assessments, and placement activities
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and program participation.
- Coordinate with schools, colleges, NGOs, and training partners
- Support outreach activities for student mobilisation and program expansion
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective partners
- Maintain partnership databases and communication records
- Manage and update student and partner databases in Excel and CRM systems
- Prepare reports, presentations, and trackers using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ensure accuracy of data collected from students and partner institutions
- Assist in generating program and impact reports
- Administrative Support, coordinate internal and external meetings & support documentation and record-keeping activities
- Assist the Education and Partnerships team in day-to-day operations
