Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound student queries related to platform usage, course documentation, and general information through chat, email, and phone.
- Review submitted documents, verify application details, and update records in internal databases.
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams to ensure timely processing of service requests.
- Maintain accurate daily operational logs, reports, and tracking sheets using Google Workspace and MS Office.
