Role Overview:We are looking for an Outbound Customer Support Junior to support our clients in executing high-performing outbound sales campaigns. In this role, you will act as an extension of our clients' sales teams by managing prospect outreach, qualifying opportunities, engaging with decision-makers, and helping generate qualified meetings.You will work closely with clients, prospects, and internal account teams to ensure consistent pipeline growth while leveraging modern sales tools, CRM systems, and AI-powered outreach platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales campaigns through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other outreach channels.
- Represent client brands professionally during prospect interactions.
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for clients.
- Assist clients in developing outbound strategies and engagement plans.
- Manage prospect communications and follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure pipeline visibility and meeting success.
- Utilize AI-powered sales tools and automation platforms to maximize outreach effectiveness.
- Support international clients across different regions and time zones.
