About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused intern to join our Customer Support team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with customers, and learning how support operations work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via email, chat, and phone to resolve queries effectively and professionally.
- Log and track customer issues in the CRM system with accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Sales) to follow up on customer concerns.
- Troubleshoot common product issues and guide users on best practices.
