Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through online research, referrals, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Achieve assigned lead generation targets through proactive outreach.
- Handle customer queries related to insurance policies, renewals, claims, coverage, and policy services.
- Assist customers with documentation, policy issuance, servicing, and other insurance-related processes.
- Provide timely support and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the customer journey.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent service.

English Proficiency (Spoken)
Other requirements
- 0-1 year of experience as a customer support executive, telesales.
- Freshers with strong communication skills
- Graduated in any discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
