- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when required.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Adhere to process guidelines, company policies, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with team members and support functions to improve customer experience.Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Prior experience in Customer Service, BPO, Contact Centre, or Voice Process will be an added advantage.
