Profile: Customer support executive (Voice process)
Working hours: 9 hours (Including breaks)
Shift duration: 8 hours
Working days: 5 days a week
Week off: Rotational off
Shift timing: Rotational shifts between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM
Salary: Freshers- Rs 25,000 CTC and experienced: Rs 27,000 CTC
Eligibility criteria: Graduate only
Key Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests
- Maintain customer engagement by providing timely and accurate information
- Resolve issues effectively and escalate complex cases when required
- Document interactions in CRM systems for future reference
- Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, call resolution time, and engagement metrics
