About the job Key Responsibilities Respond to customer queries through live chat in a professional and timely manner. Assist customers with order status, deliveries, returns, refunds, payments, and product-related inquiries. Resolve customer concerns by providing accurate solutions in line with company guidelines. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when required. Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality. Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems. Stay updated on company policies, products, and processes. Meet productivity and quality metrics, including response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. Note:
This is a 100% permanent night shift (US Shift) role. Candidates must be comfortable working during night hours and on weekends with rotational week-offs.

Excellent written English communication skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Basic computer knowledge, internet navigation skills, and proficiency in MS Office and online applications. Good typing speed (minimum 30–35 WPM preferred). Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes. Willingness to work permanent night shifts (US timings). Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach are highly encouraged to apply.
Salary Salary during probation: After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,90,000 - 3,50,000 /year
