Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve issues by understanding customer concerns and providing effective solutions
- Manage and track customer tickets using CRM tools
- Escalate complex cases to internal teams and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
- Meet individual and team SLAs and customer satisfaction targets
- Ensure clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication with users

- have minimum 1 years of experience
Other requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer support, customer success, or a client-facing role
- Strong written communication skills in English and at least one regional language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada)
- Excellent typing speed and ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
