About the job
Key responsibilities
- Handling customer support queries, complaints, and incident tickets via email, chatbot, and support channels.
- Managing billing dashboards and perform regular financial/data reconciliation tasks.
- Managing operations across both business domains simultaneously with strong multitasking skills.
- Coordinating and work collaboratively with our Lead Generation Specialist to streamline workflows.
- Warming up incoming leads and organize them systematically for final review.
- Using company-provided access tools (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.) to maintain secure and efficient daily communication.
- Assisting with the partner or client onboarding process for warm leads by managing mandatory documentation (full training on tools and workflows will be provided).
- Cold emailing to the prospective clients and assist with succesfull onboarding.
- Maintaining strict data security and privacy of customer or company data, following compliance protocols when accessing company tools and handling sensitive information.
