1. Respond to customer queries via email, chat & call in a timely and professional manner. 2. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer and operational issues 3. Track orders, deliveries, returns & escalations to ensure smooth execution 4. Prepare daily & weekly reports using Excel 5. Create presentations & documentation in PowerPoint & Word 6. Assist in onboarding new customers, sellers or partners onto the platform 7. Support marketplace & operational activities during campaigns or high volume periods 8. Help maintain SOP, Tracker & Operations documents. 9. Collaborate with the Customer Success & Operations team on ongoing projects. 10. Support process improvements initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
