About the Role
We're looking for a proactive, customer-obsessed Customer Success Associate to join our lean and high-impact CS team. You'll be at the forefront of the customer experience handling support queries, managing CRM hygiene, and ensuring every interaction with Zintlr is seamless and valuable. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, and your work directly influences customer satisfaction and retention. About the Role We're looking for a proactive, customer-obsessed Customer Success Associate to join our lean and high-impact CS team. You'll be at the forefront of the customer experience handling support queries, managing CRM hygiene, and ensuring every interaction with Zintlr is seamless and valuable. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, and your work directly influences customer satisfaction and retention. What You'll Do Manage inbound customer queries via email and chat, ensuring timely and high-quality responses Own day-to-day CRM operations on HubSpot maintaining data accuracy, clean pipelines, and well-organized records Build and maintain a knowledge base by documenting FAQs and recurring solutions Support onboarding for new customers, helping them get value from the product early Work closely with the CSM to flag issues, manage escalations, and maintain smooth support workflows Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and highlight recurring pain points What We're Looking For Strong written and verbal communication you can explain things clearly, simply, and with empathy A customer-first mindset with high attention to detail Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/support tools (preferred, not mandatory) A quick learner with genuine curiosity about SaaS products and workflows Organized, reliable, and proactive you take ownership without needing constant direction Freshers welcome; internship experience in customer support, operations, or SaaS is a plus KPIs You'll Own First Response Time (FRT): Consistently meeting SLA benchmarks across all support channels Resolution Time: Closing tickets efficiently without compromising on quality CRM Hygiene Score: Keeping HubSpot records accurate, complete, and up to date CSAT: Delivering consistently positive experiences in every customer interaction Why Join Zintlr Work closely with the passionate leadership High-ownership culture where your contributions are visible and valued Competitive compensation with a flexible work setup A team that rewards initiative, problem-solving, and a bias for action
