About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Customer onboarding and training: guide new customers through the onboarding process and help them understand the platform.
- Customer relationship management: build strong relationships with customers, address their queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Customer retention and growth: identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling and work towards improving customer engagement and retention.
