Key Responsibilities
- Effectively support software implementation and client requirements.
- Assist clients in troubleshooting technical and functional issues encountered while using the software, providing practical solutions and guidance to ensure smooth project execution.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by proactively monitoring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities to enhance the overall user experience.
- Identify gaps in user training, documentation, and support materials, and collaborate with internal teams to develop resources that improve client adoption and productivity.
- Coordinate effectively with customers, project teams, trainers, and management to ensure timely resolution of issues and successful delivery of services.
- Support software deployment, onboarding, and user training activities for clients across construction and engineering projects.
- Gather client feedback and communicate product improvement recommendations to the development and product teams.
- Demonstrate a willingness to travel to client locations, project sites, and training venues as required.
Skill(s) required
AutoCAD
Other requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Basic knowledge of construction project management, quantity estimation, drawings, BOQs, or related construction workflows.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand and explain software applications to both engineering and non-engineering users.
