Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Making outbound calls to candidates, HR teams, and verification sources.
Following up to collect the required documents and information.
Providing verification status updates to clients.
Executing verification processes as per SOPs and compliance guidelines.
Maintaining accurate case records and documentation.
Coordinating with internal teams for timely case closure.
Ensuring TAT adherence, data accuracy, and report quality.
Escalating discrepancies or operational risks when required.
Acting as a professional point of contact throughout the verification process.
