About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Assist the customer success team in onboarding new clients.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely resolution of their queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, support) to deliver a smooth customer experience.
- Track customer engagement and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to customer interactions.

- Students currently pursuing BTech, BCA, or related fields are preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A customer-first attitude with eagerness to learn.
