We are looking for a competitive, innovative, and driven individual to join our customer success team as a customer success associate upon successfully completing our traineeship program. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer success, product, and engineering, to transform insights into impactful product features and solutions. Key Responsibilities
Learn our platform, Recruit CRM and understand the recruitment business.
Answer client queries via chat, email and video calls to gain experience.
Help users understand how to use features and suggest workarounds.
Uphold communication guidelines and procedures.
Build and nurture client relationships.
Continuously strive for exceptional service delivery.
Traineeship/Probation details:
Traineeship program: 6 months; 8.5 hours per day, payment of INR 20,000 per month.
Full-time opportunity: Based on your performance during the training program, you may be offered a full-time position as a customer success associate with a CTC of INR 8,00,000 (INR 6,00,000 base salary + INR 2,00,000 yearly performance pay- paid out quarterly).
During training, you will be evaluated on: Application knowledge, communication, learning attitude, problem solving, consistency/commitment, and integrity.
During the initial 6-month training period, you'll be working in the primary Europe shift (12:00 pm - 10:00 pm IST). You'll transition to one of our five core work shifts as a full-time employee as per requirement and availability-
