Job Title: International B2B Sales Executive / Business Development ExecutiveLocation: GurugramShift: General ShiftWorking Days: 5 Days a WeekSalary: Competitive Salary + Attractive IncentivesBenefits: Cab Facility + Competitive Variable PayAbout the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven International B2B Sales Executive with strong experience in engaging with senior stakeholders such as CEOs, CFOs, and CXOs. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing, strong pre-sales exposure, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Drive international B2B sales by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
- Build and manage relationships with C-level executives (CEO, CFO, CXO-level clients).
- Conduct pre-sales activities including requirement gathering, presentations, and solution pitching.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Analyze client needs and propose effective digital marketing strategies.
- Maintain consistent pipeline tracking and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Handle negotiations, proposals, and closure of deals.Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales (preferably international B2B sales).
- Strong exposure to pre-sales and consultative selling.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, social media, etc.).
- Ability to interact confidently with top-level executives (CXO level).
- Strong analytical and mathematical aptitude.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience working with global clients.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive mindset.
