Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally via calls, emails, or chat.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and processes.
- Resolve customer issues while ensuring a positive customer experience and high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and service expectations are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
- Meet assigned performance metrics, quality standards, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and process changes to provide the best customer support.
