Building new channel partners for the company.
Address customer inquiries, listen to their concerns, and provide accurate information about documentations & pricing.
Customer touch point - Meets customers and pitch schemes according to their requirements.
First line of control - Ensures customers meets the funding norms.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction & positive feedback after sales-service.
Keeping a tab over pending PDD, follow up with channel / customer to ensure PDD isupdated with financier Hypo.
Basic understanding of KYC and other documents for used car loan processing
