Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for lead generation and customer engagement activities.
- Maintain and update customer records accurately in the system.
- Address customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow up with prospective customers and provide relevant information as required.
- Adhere to company processes, policies, and quality standards during customer interactions.

Other requirements
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following regional languages: Assamese, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, or Telugu.
- Minimum qualification of HSC (12th pass).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and the selected regional language.
- Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
