About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Handling negative feedback by understanding customer concerns and resolving queries in a professional and empathetic manner
Maintaining proper records of customer feedback and ensuring timely follow-ups with customers
Supporting the Quality Team in identifying recurring issues and improving customer satisfaction
Ensuring timely follow-ups with customers to confirm issue resolution
Maintaining polite, empathetic, and professional communication with customers at all times

● Strong communication skills (Hindi & English both)
● Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer concerns quickly
● Patience and professionalism while handling customer complaints or negative feedback
● A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to new processes
